About Pazzani & Lee Justice Academy

Pazzani & Lee Justice Academy was developed by two Professors of Criminology, Drs Gavin Lee and Lynn Pazzani, with over 30 years combined teaching experience on a broad range of topics within Criminology and Criminal Justice. We offer Continuing Professional Development in the areas of victim services, policing, research in criminal justice, and other applied criminology topics. We also provide research services, program evaluation, and consulting on program development.

Dr Lynn Pazzani is a leading academic and researcher specialising in the etiology of sexual offences and the processing of offenders through the criminal justice system, as well as violence against women and girls. With a career defined by award-winning research and pedagogical excellence, Lynn brings a rigorous, data-driven approach to the Pazzani & Lee Justice Academy’s mission of improving social and criminal justice outcomes.

Dr Gavin Lee is an award-winning professor of criminology with over 15 years of international academic experience. A distinguished researcher and specialist in criminological theory, he provides the Academy with a rigorous foundation in the study of crime and its causes. His skills ensure that the Academy remains at the forefront of contemporary criminological analysis and evidence-based practice. Dr Lee has provided expert witness testimony in several murder trials.
